Ashley joined Prelude Ventures as an Executive Assistant in 2022. Before joining the team, Ashley worked as an Office Coordinator at ICONIQ Capital in San Francisco, where she developed a robust administrative skillset. Ashley received her B.A. in English literature from The University of California, Berkeley. She attributes her devotion to fighting climate change to an "ecopoetry" class she took during her senior year at Cal, her deep love for animals, and her upbringing along Southern California's beaches.

Ashley lives in San Francisco and enjoys seeing live music, watching movies, and traveling with her friends. She is passionate about sustainable fashion and spends much of her free time browsing through San Francisco's multitude of vintage and thrift stores.
