Urwashi joined Prelude Ventures as an Executive Assistant in 2022. Prior to joining the team, Urwashi supported C-level executives along with the Private Equity and Real Assets teams at Hall Capital Partners for 18 years. She brings extensive experience in operations, efficient processes, and administration and has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Before that, she was at Robertson Stephens and worked in Convertible Securities and Institutional Sales. Urwashi started her career at Van Kampen Funds. Urwashi holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston.

In her time outside of work, she focuses on being a mom and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
